manner and to the same extent as proceeds.

A

under this Article shall

accompanied by the following documents :
(a) the original or a copy of any order in relation
to
the proceeds
of
drug
trafficking
and а
summary of the grounds upon which the order was
made;
(b)
a
statement
showing
respect
of
whom
the proceedings,
the
proceedings,
proceedings in
either that the person in
the order was made appeared in
or where he did not appear in
that he received notice of the
sufficient time to enable him to
defend them and when that notice was received;
(c)
a
statement
that neither the order nor any
conviction to which it relates is subject to

and that the
period
appeal,
appeal has expired;
description of the property to which measures
confiscation are to be applied including as
