"dangerous drug" means
(i)
of the
in relation to Hong Kong, any
drugs or substances specified in Part I
Schedule to the Dangerous

the First
Drugs
Ordinance
Cap.134 as amended from
time to time; or
(ii)
in
to relation
Malaysia, any
of
the
drugs
or
substances specified
in the
First Schedules to the Dangerous Drugs
Act 1952 (Act 234) and the Poisons Act
1952 (Act 366)
(Revised
amended from time to time;
1989),
as
(£)
"instrumentalities"
means property
used Or
intended
to
be
used in connection
with drug
trafficking.
ARTICLE 3
CENTRAL AUTHORITIES
A
Central
Authority
shall transmit and receive
all
requests
for
the
purposes of this Agreement.

the
relevant

designates another
