However, the Secretary-General would be grateful if, for publication purposes, the names of the signatories of the Agreement of 14 November 1990 with Canada and of the Agreement of 23 November 1990 with the United States of America (mentioned in paragraphs 1 (a) and (b) above), which were illegible in the documentation transmitted, could be indicated.
The Secretary-General thanks the Principal Secretary of State for his assistance in the above-mentioned matter.
