The Secretary-General of the United Nations presents his compliments to the Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and has the honour to refer to the latter's note NTT 374/2 of 18 November 1992, transmitting for registration, in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter, one certified true copy and two additional copies of the following three international agreements concluded by Hong Kong:

Agreement of 14 November 1990 with Canada concerning the investigation of drug trafficking and confiscation of the proceeds of drug trafficking;
Agreement of 23 November 1990 with the United States of America concerning the confiscation and forfeiture of the proceeds and instrumentalities of drug trafficking; and
Agreement of 22 April 1991 with Australia concerning the investigation of drug trafficking and the confiscation of the proceeds of drug trafficking.
Registration of the Agreement of 22 April 1991 with Australia mentioned in paragraph 1 (c) above has already been effected by the other Party on 14 January 1992 under No. 28574. Therefore, no further action is required on the part of the Government of the United Kingdom in its respect.

Registration of the remaining two agreements has been effected on 8 December 1992, the date of receipt of the note of transmittal at the Secretariat. The corresponding certificates of registration will be issued as soon as possible.
