REGISTRATION OF DRUG TRAFFICKING AGREEMENTS WITH CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND THE USA AT THE UNITED NATIONS
1.
We have just received the attached note from the UN, confirming the registration of the above agreements. The date of registration for the Canada and USA agreements is 8 December 1992. The agreement with Australia was registered by the Australian Government on 14 January 1992.
I would be grateful if you could supply the information requested in para 4, ie the names of both the signatories of the Canada and USA agreements.
