Dear Mr. Sinclair,
I am writing to you with reference to the Hong
the Hong Kong- Canada Drug Trafficking Agreement.
I have the honour to inform you that the Government of Canada agrees with the Hong Kong Government's proposal to extend the above Agreement between our two governments for one further year.
This letter, and your letter of June 10, 1993 therefore constitute an Agreement to extend the Agreement between the Government of Hong Kong and the Government of Canada concerning the investigation of drug trafficking and confiscation of the proceeds of drug trafficking which was signed on November 14, 1990 and came into force on February 17, 1991 for one further year from February 17, 1994 as per Article 16 (2) of the Agreement.
