Hong Kong-Canada Drug Trafficking Agreement
The Hong Kong-Canada Agreement concerning the Investigation of Drug Trafficking and Confiscation of Proceeds of Drug Trafficking will expire on 16 February 1994. This is to advise that we have agreed with the Canadian Government under Article 16 (2) of the Agreement to roll over the agreement for one year from 17 February 1994. I enclose copies of the exchange of our letters dated 10 June and 10 August 1993 which extend the Agreement for a one year period from 17 February 1994 to 16 February 1995 for your transmission to the UN.
