Her Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs presents his compliments to the
Secretary-General of the United Nations and, with reference to the regulations to give effect to Article 102
of the Charter of the United Nations, has the honour
transmit herewith a certified copy and three uncertified copies of each of the undermentioned Agreements:
to
i) Exchange of Letters between the Government of Hong Kong
and the Government of Canada extending the Agreement concerning the Investigation of Drug
Drug Trafficking and Confiscation of the Proceeds of Drug Trafficking which was
signed at Hong Kong on 14 November 1990 for a further year
from 17 February 1994 until 16 February 1995.

and
ii) Exchange of
letters between the Government of the
United States of America and the Government of Hong extending the Agreement concerning the Confiscation Forfeiture of the Instrumentalities of Drug Trafficking which was signed at Hong Kong on 23 November 1990 for a
further year from 18 January 1994 to 18 January 1995.
The 1990 Agreements were forwarded to the United Nations
for registration under cover of Note No. NTT 374/2 dated
18 November 1992.
