I regret for not informing Affairs and I was told that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is at present in the process of concluding a bilateral agreement for mutual assistance with the United Kingdon. As Hong Kong is a territory of
the UK, the mentioned agreement will automatically cover Hong Kong. The Kinistry of Foreign Affairs also told me that this message was already communicated to the Hong Kong authorities. thought that you were already informed.
