The provisional arrest of the person sought shall
be terminated upon the expiration of forty-five days from
the date of his arrest the request for this surrender
shall not have been received unless the requesting Party
can cus y continued provi ional arrest of the person
sought. in which case the period of pr sional arrest
shall be terminated upon the exp

re-arrest or surrender of the person sought

If the information communicated by the requesting
Party is found to be insufficient to allow the requested
Party to make a decision in pursuance of this Agreement,
the latter Party shall request the necessary supplementary
information and may fix a time-limit for receipt thereof.
