(a)
fees of counsel retained at the request of
the Requesting Party;
(b)
fees of experts;
(c)
expenses of translation; and
(d)
travel expenses and allowances of persons.
(3)
If during the execution of the request it becomes
apparent that expenses of an extraordinary nature are
required to fulfil the request, the Parties shall consult
determine the terms and conditions under which the execution of the request may continue.

LIMITATIONS OF USE
