LANGUAGE OF DOCUMENTATION

documents submitted in accordance with this Agreement shall be in, or translated into, an official language of the requested Party, to be specified by the requested Party in each case.

PROVISIONAL ARREST

warrant of arrest or a judgment of conviction against that

any, as would be necessary to justify the issue of a warrant of arrest had the offence been committed,
