any offence other than that for which surrender is requested. surrender may be granted or deferred until the conclusion of the

proceedings and the execution of any punishment imposed.

ARTICLE 8

The Request and Supporting Documents

(1)

Requests for the surrender of a fugitive offender

shall be made to such appropriate authority as may be notified from time to time by one Party to the other.

(2)

All requests shall be supported by:

(a)
