Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
have the honour to refer to the Agreement on the
Protection of Investments between the
Kong and the Government of the Kingdom
signed on 19 November 1992 (hereafter
'the Agreement') and to inform the
Kingdom of the Netherlands that the
Government for the entry into force of
Encouragement and
Government of Hong
of the Netherlands
referred to
Government of the
requirements of my
as
the Agreement have been complied with.
If the requirements of the Government of the
Kingdom of the Netherlands have also been complied with, I
have the honour to propose that this Note and your reply of
today's date to that effect shall be regarded as requisite
notification under the Agreement which shall enter into
force on
1 September 1993 in accordance with Article 12 of
the Agreement.
