I have the honour to refer to the Agreement
between the Government of Hong Kong and the Government
of Australia for the Promotion and Protection of
Investments signed on today's date (hereafter referred
to as 'the Agreement') and to inform the Government of Australia that the requirements of my Government for the
entry into force of the Agreement have been complied
with.
If the requirements of the Government of
Australia have also been complied with, I have the
honour to propose that this Note and your reply of
today's date to that
requisite notification
effect shall be regarded as
under the Agreement which shall
enter into force on 15 October 1993 in accordance with
Article 14 of the Agreement.
