Registration of Hong Kong Agreements with UN

I write to seek your assistance in arranging for the registration of the Hong Kong/Australia Agreement the Promotion and Protection of Investments.

In accordance with the previous agreed procedure (please see your
your letter of 21 July 1993) I am enclosing three copies of the gazetted Agreement (starting at page E103), together with a copy of the exchange of notes under Article 14 (1) of the Agreement, which will enter into force on 145 October 1993. I should be grateful if you could arrange for these to be passed onto UKMis New York for registration at the UN.
