I attach 3 copies of the above-mentioned gazetted Agreement (starting at page E103), along with a copy of the exchange of notes under Article 14 (1) of the Agreement, which came into force on 15 October 1993. I would be grateful if you could arrange for these to be certified in the usual way and then passed to UKMis New York for registration with the UN. Many thanks in advance.
