authorities of certain information as regards air transport

Clause 7 enables the Director of Marine to mark an aircraft,
part of an aircraft or equipment for an aircraft where such
aircraft, part or equipment is sunk, stranded or abandoned in the
waters of Hong Kong.

Clause 8 in effect continues to provide that there is to be no
liability in trespass or nuisance in specified circumstances.
Subclause (2) creates liability for damage by aircraft etc. (In
other words it localises section 40 of the 1949 Act as applied to
Hong Kong by paragraph 9 of the Schedule.)

Clause 9 in effect continues to apply the law of salvage and
wreck to aircraft. (In other words it localises section 51 of the
1949 Act as applied to Hong Kong by paragraph 11 of the Schedule.)

thereof from seizure on patent claims. (In other words it localises
