Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 28(1) of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965(a) is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:-
A.
(1) This Order may be cited as the Nuclear Installations (Hong Kong) Order 1972 and shall come into operation on 15th March 1972.
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889(b) shall apply with the neces- sary adaptations for the purpose of interpreting this Order and otherwise in relation thereto as it applies for the purpose of inter- preting, and in relation to, Acts of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
(3) In the Schedule to this Order any reference to a provision of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 shall be construed as a reference to that provision as it has effect in Hong Kong under this Order.
2. Sections 10 to 17, inclusive, 21, 26 and 30 of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965, modified and adapted as in the Schedule hereto, shall extend to Hong Kong.
