NEGOTIATION OF A UK/HKSAR AGREEMENT ON MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE
As promised last Friday evening, I enclose a revised text (10 copies) of the above Agreement incorporating the amendments agreed in the discussions on 16-17 December. Please let me know if further changes are required at this stage.
