B. Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters
Attached is ཋ copy of the model agreement which has been agreed with the Chinese side. There is obviously very little norm for movement here as by the time we meet we will almost certainly not have conducted any negotiations or had any indication from the Chinese side as to what variations are acceptable.
