1. Thank you for your minute of 4 November enclosing details of preliminary meetings. I have copied it to our departmental Legal Adviser, Susan Dickson, who may be interested in attending one or more and asked her to contact you. Given our departmental responsibility for extradition I should like to attend the SOFO meeting as an observer. Could you let me know where the meeting will take place. A copy of the draft treaty would be appreciated.
I would be grateful if you could kep us up to date on the other matters.
