Thank you for your letter of 19 November enclosing a copy of the record of our meeting on 11 November.
The only other department that I think should be brought into this exercise is DTI. I am not entirely sure who the right person would be but my own contacts there on judgment enforcement matters have in the past been Roland Green (an administrator) and Philip Bovey (DTI Solicitors).
