Thank you for your fax of 24 November. I have spoken to Migration and Visas Department. They have not yet been able to confirm a time for the meeting as the Assistant Head, Howard Parkinson, is away from the office. They do not however foresee any problem with a meeting on Friday 10 December. I shall let you know details of where and when as soon as I have them.
