f) "investors" means:

in respect of either Contracting Party, companies incorporated or constituted under the law in force in any part of the area of that Contracting Party; and
in respect of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, British Nationals (Overseas), British protected persons and British subjects with the right of abode in Hong Kong;
in respect of the United Kingdom, British citizens, British protected persons and British subjects without the right of abode in Hong Kong.
