Each of these Ordinances also makes reference to the
Supreme Court Ordinance (Cap. 4). These references will be amended consequentially upon the adaptation of the Supreme Court Ordinance on
which the British side will consult the Chinese side in due course.
The British side will also further consult the Chinese side if other
adaptation issues arise in respect of these four Ordinances.

The British side would be glad Co receive the Chinese
side's views on these proposals at an early date, SO that the necessary legislative amendments can be put in hand.
