Paper 3: Legitimacy Ordinance (Cap 184)
Para 4 (c) states that section 2 of the Ordinance contains the term "Supreme Court". Our copy of the Ordinance defines "Court" as High Court or District Court. Grateful for clarification.
Paper 3: Adoption Ordinance (Cap 290).
Para 6(a) does not specify which jurisdictions will be on the new list. It might be better to provide this list, or if it has not yet been decided which jurisdictions will be specified, to say that this will be a matter for later consultation.
