23). Part IVA of the ordinance deals with civil liability for а child born disabled and
for personal injuries sustained immediately after a child's birth. Section 22E provides that Part IVA binds the Crown. The British side proposes to replace 'the Crown' by 'the Government' in that section. The British side also proposes further to adapt the Ordinance as follows
