Emergency Relief
Fund
Ordinance (Cap. 1103).
This
an
Ordinance provides for the establishment and management
emergency relief fund. The British side proposes to adapt it as
follows -

replace 'Governor' by 'Chief Executive' in sections 5,
7 (2) and 10;

Police Children's Education Trust Ordinance (Cap. 1119).
Ordinance establishes a trust fund to provide assistance for the higher education of children of junior police officers. The British side proposes to adapt it as follows
(a) delete and may remit moneys comprised in the fund through the Director of Accounting Services to the Crown Agents
for investment in the name of the trustee' from section
9(1);

replace 'Her Majesty the Queen, Her Heirs or Successors'
by 'the Government' in section 12;
delete 'Royal' from references to the Royal Hong Kong
Police Force in sections 2 and 3;
(a) replace 'Governor' by 'Chief Executive' in sections 6,
7(2), 9(2) and 10;
(e)
replace Chief Secretary' by 'Administrative Secretary' in section 7(2) (see the Note to para. 5(d) above);
