Any
translation of documents submitted in support of a
surrender provided by the requesting Party shall be
admitted for all purposes in proceedings for surrender.

Language of Documentation
All documents submitted in accordance with this
Agreement shall be in or translated into an official language of
the requested Party,
to be specified by the requested Party in
each case.
ARTICLE 10
Additional Documentation
If the documentation submitted by the requesting Party
is found to be insufficient to allow the requested Party to make
a decision in pursuance
of this Agreement, the latter Party
shall request the necessary supplementary documentation and may
fix a time limit for receipt thereof.
