A Party
whose consent is requested under paragraphs (1) (c) or (2)(a) of this Article may require the submission of any document or statement refered to in Article 8, and any statement made by the surrendered person on the matter.
ARTICLE 17
With respect to
the Kingdom of the Netherlands this
Agreement shall apply to the part of the Kingdom in Europe only.
ARTICLE 18
(1)
This Agreement shall enter into force thirty days after the date on which the Parties have notified each other in writing that their respective requirements for the entry into force of this Agreement have been complied with.
