possibility of subsequent surrender to another State.
ARTICLE 11
Documents accompanying a request for surrender shall
be admitted in evidence if duly authenticated.

ARTICLE 12
(1)

requested Party shall review for legal sufficiency documentation in support of a request for the surrender of a
fugitive offender prior to submission to its judicial
