On the SCMP report (our copy enclosed), I have checked with RC beforehand that we have no information from the arrivals about PRC officials providing

assistance/accepting bribes. If such information is

received, we should express our

concern to the NCNA and

request them to pass it on to the relevant authorities for investigation, as we did in previous ECVII cases.
