We were grateful to receive a copy of John Ashton's letter of 2 November concerning the problems over landing permission for the flights planned to return ECVIIs to Guangxi. Could you send me an update on the present situation with regard to ECVIIS? How many are still in Hong Kong, and from which parts of China have they come?
