I am glad that we are making progress on the Guangxi Group. I suggest that you should get in touch with Yang as soon as possible to start the wheels in motion. Xu's idea of repatriating the 90 to Yunnan by air would mean extra money for the HKG. But given the alternative of keeping them here for an indefinite period while we negotiate with the Chinese and the higher cost of maintaining them here, it is probably the lesser of two evils.
