Participants from the countries listed above as well as the new Member States of UNESCO should contact the nearest Malaysian diplomatic mission or consular authorities for further visa formalities, indicating that the purpose is to attend ADCOM VII and/or MINEDAP VI.
d) Upon confirmation of participation, Malaysian authorities will alert Malaysian diplomatic or consular authorities accredited to represent Malaysia in the country of residence of the participants, in order to help facilitate the issuance of required visas.

Vaccination is required in respect to yellow fever for participants from African and Latin American countries.
