With regard to the question in the third paragraph about CEDAW, I'm afraid I have no idea what our current line is: presumably that the matter is "under consideration"? HRPD inform me that they have yet to reply to the Committee, but it would be useful if I could say something more substantial than that to Andrew Byrnes.
