(3) The power conferred by subsection (1) shall not be

'exercised in respect of any procession notified under section

13A

(a)

subject to paragraph (b), at any time later than

48 hours prior to the time of commencement of

the procession as so notified; or

(b) where the Commissioner of Police has accepted

notice under section 13A (2), at any time later

than 24 hours prior to the time of commencement

of the procession as so notified.

15.

Requirements and conditions applying to

public processions

(1) At every public procession

(a) there shall be present throughout the procession

either the person who has organized the

procession or, if he is not present, a person

nominated by him to act in his place;

(b) good order shall be maintained throughout the

procession;

(၁)

amplification devices shall only be used

(i) to control the procession, to maintain

(ii)

order or to ensure safety during the

procession; or

to address any meeting held in

conjunction with the procession,

and, if used, shall be used in a manner so as not

to cause annoyance to the general public;
