HKJA's list of exceptions to the right of
access to Government documents
(a) Executive Council documents;
(b) judicial and legal professional privilege documents;
(c) diplomatic documents;
(d) documents affecting personal affairs;
(e) business documents and documents affecting the economy
of Hong Kong; and
(f) internal working documents and documents of exempted
agencies.
