A decision is required as to whether any of Hong
holidays need to be changed

RECOMMENDATION AND ADVICE SOUGHT

It is recommended that the changes proposed in
paragraphs 14-15 should be considered by the Joint Liaison
Group, and that the necessary amending legislation be
drafted in due course,
