REVIVAL OF KAL 007 COMPENSATION CLAIM
1.
Your minute of 1 October to Ms Speller and our subsequent telephone conversations refer.
2.
Like others I do not think that a claim against the Korean Government would be appropriate. More to the point might be an action against KAL on the lines of, (as a party to?), that being taken by the American Families Association. Mrs Powrie, mother of the only British victim, has allied herself to this action.
