1. Investigation into this incident has been revived: Black Box tapes were handed to International Civil Aviation Organisation in January 1993 for examination.
2. Russians have agreed to hold a meeting in Moscow for the victims' families. Proposed date: 24/25 February. We have been asked to inform NoK of the British victims resident in the UK. 3. Mrs Powrie, mother of British victim Ian Powrie, has told us that there was a second British victim: a girl from Dundee, aged about 20. Name not known. we have no record of this girl. 4. Although we realise difficulties involved, grateful you check your records urgently for any reference to this possible second British victim.
