Revival of KAL-007 Compensation Claims
As far as we can make out, the Americans have not approached us on the subject.
We are not sure whether they may include Hong Kong in their discussion with you. A preliminary search of records by our Immigration Department indicates there were 16 passengers from Hong Kong on board the flight. I enclose a list of these persons and contact addresses and telephone numbers of their next of kin. Please let me know should you require further information.
