I regret that we have not been able to contact all the next-of-kins at one time because there were too many identical records (e.g. for one of the next-of-kins, Mr CHAN Sung, we have over 50 microfilmed records under the same name) and we just did not have enough time to go through each one of them. It is fortunate that the Moscow meeting has been
