Just a quick note to say that I'd be grateful if I could be copied in on KAL-007 correspondence from Moscow.
As you know, 13 of the 14 UK victims of KAL-007 were from Hong Kong and I am acting as the FCO liaison point for Hong Kong Government, who are in contact with the next-of-kin.
2. For your information, I've just found out that the UK Representative at ICAO is now a Mr D Evans.
