For the record, we note that you have included airspace in the definition of quote area unquote in relation to Myanmar in Article 1 of the initialled text. We have been advised to resist this inclusion, which does not appear in Article 2 of the Chicago Convention, when defining quote territory unquote in UK ASA's since it conflicts with the use of quote territory unquote in Article 8, Customs Duties. The same problem would appear to arise with the use of quote area unquote in the Hong Kong text.
