REGISTRATION OF ASAS WITH THE UN
1. I refer to your letter of 26 April to Mr Glass, Government Secretariat, Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong/Sri Lankan ASA documents were handed to the UN Treaty Section on 20 April and they have confirmed this as the date of registration. The registration certificates will issue in about three months and will be forwarded in the usual way to Treaty Section, NTCD.
3.
The registration certificates for the Malaysia and New Zealand ASAS with Hong Kong were issued on 15 January 1993 and I enclose a copy of each for your records. Did Treaty Section NTCD not receive the originals?
