7. The Nepalese Delegation did not raise the issue of funding for training. Advice from SEADD is however that they have no current or planned involvement in air traffic control training. The 1994/95 Annual Country Training Specification agreed with Nepal is being finalised and does not cover such training. Funding is fully committed. SEADD consider that given the plethora of donors operating in Nepal, the Nepalese should be able to find funding from other sources.

8. The Nepalese Delegation asked the DOT to pass on their wish to hold talks with HKG in the near future to discuss
the use by RNAC of Dragonair's unused frequencies, additional capacity for both sides and the ability to route beyond Hong Kong Osaka.

9 We understand that HKG are particularly interested in the UK/Nepal arrangement for sales of tickets. The text agreed allows for sales in freely convertible currency and also local currency in the case of sales to Nepalese Nationals in Nepal.
