CAAC Letter proposing new dates for Air Service negotiations. confirmed they had received the letter, but had not yet come to a decision regarding dates. We will continue to press.
2. CAAC informed us that Lu Ruiling has moved on to a post in Montreal, but his position as Director of International Affairs at CAAC has not yet been filled. Instead they have three deputy-directors, one of whom
