Thank you for your letter of 22 July sent by
Mr. Frankie Lui on your behalf.
I have sent a letter to Mr. Frankie Lui on
8 July this year, inviting two experts from your side to
participate as observers in the last exercise held by our
Province this year in respect of off-site emergencies at
the Guangdong Nuclear Power Station, scheduled for
17 August this year in Guangzhou. I wonder if Mr. Lui has
received my letter. I enclose herewith a copy of the
letter and should be grateful if you could give us a reply
soon as possible so that arrangements can be made.
